Jesus Christ’s life, death, resurrection and ascension to the right hand of His Father in heaven is at the heart of all that is preached and taught at Grace.

We Believe that...

  • the Only True God is the Triune God who is one God made of three distinct and separate persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

  • God desires all people to be saved and to know the truth.

  • God loves all people and that He sent His Son to rescue them all from the lost condition of sin.

  • the Holy Spirit brings us to, and keeps us in saving faith through: God’s Word, Holy Baptism, and the Lord’s Supper.

  • it is only possible to have fellowship with God in and through His Son Jesus. He Himself said: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me.”

  • through a personal relationship with Jesus that begins in baptism and continues with hearing God’s Word one becomes and remains a child of God.

  • through the Church, God equips and empowers believers to serve Him by serving others and sharing the Good News about Jesus.

We Teach and Confess...

  • that the Bible is God’s inspired Word and is without error

  • the tenets of the Christian faith as they are outlined in the three ecumenical creeds, namely: The Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed

We Adhere to...

  • the teaching of Martin Luther and the reformers that are summarized in three short phrases: Grace Alone, Scripture Alone, Faith Alone (in Latin, Sola Gratia, Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide).
